Essential Functions:
1. Process all new hire orientation paperwork for field and salaried employees.
2. Process field payroll and Payroll Release (BRT)
3. Issue purchase orders and good receipts for accounts payable.
4. Assists with Safety and Work Comp employee paperwork such as accident
reports, etc. Monitor safety program administration and maintain Safety Test
information.
5. BRT field support.
6. Provide support to Branch Manager and/or District Manager.
7. Assist service operations and/or business development hierarchy as required.
8. Assists in answering incoming phone calls.
9. May be responsible for accounts receivable and/or accounts payables for
branch.
10. Fleet Administrator

2. Manage GR/IR Report Reconciliation
3. Manage Mobile Phones
4. Field On-Call Scheduler
5. Field Vacation Scheduler
6. Office Supplies/Replenishment

Education:
Experience:
Specific Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
1. Basic computer skills are necessary with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
2. Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with customers and other KONE
personnel.
3. Working knowledge of and proficiency in SAP or ability to learn detailed computer software
program.
4. Accurate typing skills of 50+ words per minute.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
6. Familiarization with KONE service operations and/or business development preferred, which
includes modernization and installation.
