Managing the site activities of construction projects

1. Manage all project site related activities ( i.e. including preliminaries, structural, M&E, plumbing & Architecture related matters )

Administer Workplace Safety and health (WSH) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

1. Ensure workers/sub-contractor comply with the company safety regulation

Organise and Proper Handover the Completion Project

1. Ensure proper handover of construction documents to the Clients

2. Ensure the Sub contractor submit the proper handover documents to the company

3. Ensure the project deliver by us and sub-contractor to client(s) on schedule with "0" defect

• Directs and controls all site activities and provides leadership to the Construction Team.

Job Description

• Assist the MD and Senior Project Manager in overseeing and leading assigned projects to completion
• Participate in site showrounds, tender exercises and site meetings wherever possible
• Ensure that projects and programs are according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards

Job Responsibilites

• Manage the overall delivery of the project on or ahead of time with all client expectations met.
• Assign resources to deliver the works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards, monitor and guide workflow, setting daily, weekly and long-term project goals.
• Manage the specialist functions of design, engineering, procurement and construction, manage the interaction of various disciplines and multiple work streams.
• Review progress against plans, contractual arrangements and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates and take effective remedial action as required.

• Minimum 12 years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer.
