In order to be considered for the CISO role you will need to demonstrate:

• Robust and proven experience leading and growing security functions in innovative, leading edge and fast paced environments.
• 10+ years’ experience in risk management and information security in a technical environment

• Experience with Cloud computing.

The Role:

• Lead MS&T teams providing technical support for process monitoring, on-floor support, change control, deviation investigations, and CA/PA for all DS workcenters – DNA, chemistry, small-scale clinical DS production, and large-scale clinical/commercial DS production

• Lead MS&T teams providing centralized investigation and CA/PA leadership support on behalf of the internal manufacturing organization

• Lead technical product stewards responsible for managing the site-based new product introduction and process qualification strategies across all technologies and scales, across the program lifecycle

• Author, review, or otherwise contribute to clinical and commercial regulatory filings and health authority question responses.  Support inspection readiness and response activities.

• Develop MS&T strategy, plan resource needs and hire and manage employees to meet organizational needs for the present and future. 

• Communicate with executive leadership to drive alignment of critical decisions, strategy, and risk mitigations.  

• Collaborate extensively with Manufacturing, Quality, Digital, Technical Development, Supply Chain and others to ensure operational excellence in making product.

Fixed-Term Technology Support Specialist - Medical Device Integration Project

As a Technology Support Specialist, you'll bring experience of working in a modern ITIL-based IT service organisation, providing technical support and experience of managing a complex IT infrastructure. You will be a self-starter and have excellent communication skills as well as have technical ability of supporting major outages, Windows 7-10 and Microsoft Cloud technologies.

As a Technology Support Specialist, you will be working on Nuffield's Medical Device Integration Project (MDI) which involves the delivery of healthcare devices and their integration onto Nuffield Health Systems. This will require travel across the UK to all Nuffield Health hospital sites and include overnight stays. You will work under the direction of the Lead Infrastructure Engineer in supporting the deployment of these devices across all Nuffield hospital sites.

As a Technology Support Specialist, you will:

• Contribute to the support and implementation of healthcare devices and their integration to Nuffield Health systems.

• Provide on-site support to all Nuffield MDI sites across the UK.

• Deliver a high standard of support to Nuffield Health IT users

• Provide 2nd line remote support to end users of MDI.

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout all engagement with the user in order to improve user satisfaction.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proactively develop the quality of the service offered to the end users and the efficiency of the delivery of that service.

• Transition the knowledge gained from the MDI project back into operations.
