Your Tasks:

- Collaborate in our dynamic and flexible Oxford X-ray Technology team
- Ensure that all documents and records, in support of factory controls, comply with applicable regulations and standards, including but not limited to our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, product compliance, the NPI process, and our product lifecycle.
- Drive Engineering documentation for New Product Introduction in close quarters to the PMO Project Manager.
- Assist the Document Control Project Coordinator to ensure the system maintains controlled documentation whenever released to Production.
- Assist the Document Control Project Coordinator to ensure our customers have swift and accurate responses for export classification and product compliance requests.
- Focus on efficient peer reviewed completion of change notification document deliverables with Quality and R&D Engineering teams.
- Embrace Continuous Improvement processes, generating and auditing work instructions to support sustaining factory functions.
- Master enterprise software and set standards for organizational skills.


Your Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
- Working knowledge of MCAD, ECAD, ERP, and PLM systems advantageous
- Experience with X-ray products preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple facets across the factory organization.

Salary: In accordance with California law, the expected salary for this position is between $70,000
- $80,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to provide senior level mechanical, electrical, and process design for the development of new X-ray products and related infrastructure. This position is based full-time on site at the X-Ray Technology office in Scotts, Valley, CA.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive and maintain Engineering elements of Document Control such as change notifications, CAD modelling, drawings, BOMs, assembly and product trees.
- Lead design teams, mentor peers, demonstrate innovation.
- Demonstrate Product Life Cycle excellence by embracing Stage Gate Process for product development, Sustaining engineering, and Obsolescence.
- Drive design for manufacturability.
- Utilize knowledge of materials, machining, and fabrication to rapidly develop solutions for NPI, technology, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct engineering tests, design of experiments, validation and verification, reliability and risk assessment.
- Develop networks with key suppliers for prototype and Production release of products.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years X-ray industry manufacturing and development experience.

Salary: In accordance with California law, the expected base salary for this position is between $100,000

CLINICAL DUTIES 1.1. Accept referrals via agreed protocols within the Military Veterans service. 1.2. Make decisions on suitability of new referrals, adhering to the departments referral protocols, and refer unsuitable clients on to the relevant service or back to the referral agent as necessary. 1.3. Formulate, implement and evaluate therapy programmes for clients. 1.4. Use highly developed communication skills in working with veterans to understand their personal and often very sensitive difficulties 1.5. This role will work in conjunction with the patient access team leaders to ensure each of the elements of this role are managed, allocated and prioritised to suit the needs of the patient and the service.

Working as part of an effective team having the ability to communicate complex data around the validation rules to staff of all grades and disciplines, taking into account any barriers to understanding and differing levels of participation.
• Excellent knowledge of the 18 week rule suite, associated guidelines and local Trust Access Policy
• Monitor eRS worklists, and work with the Patient Access Activity Co-ordinator to ensure escalation is carried out when required following agreed escalation processes
• Ensure attention to detail is maintained at all times
• Input and retrieve information from a variety of clinical systems in accordance with departmental guidelines and information governance
• Work effectively as part of a central validation team to ensure pathways are validated and corrected
• Maintain records of validation in line with established data capture processes to enable an audit of the validations fulfilled on a daily basis
