What will you do?

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and execute strategic PR communication plans for Taiwan and SEA across Wargaming products to drive desired business growth and enhance Wargaming’s overall brand awareness
• Develop localized press releases in for Taiwan and SEA media based on global English press releases
• Manage press release distribution to Taiwan and SEA media and coverage tracking after distribution
• Build long-term and positive relationships with all existing media contacts, influencers and partners, etc.
• Manage all inquiries and requests from Taiwan and SEA media
• In charge of monthly country reports, coverage reports, fact sheets, background information, key message documents, etc.
• Pitch, coordinate and arrange media interviews with Wargaming spokesperson for Taiwan and SEA media
• Attend weekly meetings with product groups, APAC PR Director and work closely with APAC Product Marketing Manager
• Potential management of PR/Marketing/Social Media events in Taiwan and SEA
• Identify, host and manage Taiwan and SEA media for local media events/media tour or regional press

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism or relevant disciplines
• Min. 3-5 years of PR experience with Taiwan and SEA market understanding
• Possess strong understanding of Taiwan and SEA media trend/landscape as well as journalist’s preference/taste
• Good people skill to be able work cross-functionally and independently, serving as a bridge between product teams and media
• Must be a responsible team player with a high level of self-organization ability

Education & Certification

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and communication materials of products.

Qualifications:

JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a Communications & Fundraising Executive to assist in the development, execution and optimisation of Sikh Welfare Council’s (SIWEC) communication platforms to drive our community engagement and fundraising efforts. The Communications & Fundraising Executive will work with our Fundraising committee (FRC) and create content according to our Fundraising calendar to secure financial support from diverse sources including individual donors, corporate partners and foundations to support the sustenance and growth of SIWEC’s programs.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Communications & Fundraising Executive

Fundraising

• Assist the FRC to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies based on timeline of major events and identify new strategies to diversify revenue streams to meet fundraising goals.
• Work with the admin team to identify and cultivate relationships with current donors and other potential funding sources, including creating content as required to effectively communicate SIWEC’s mission, programs and impact to secure the financial support for our programs.
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and initiatives with the FRC, including online campaigns, direct mail appeals and special events to engage donors.
• Create content to showcase the impact of SIWEC’s programs and showcase beneficiaries as part of regular communications and special fundraising campaigns.

Donor & Volunteer Engagement

• Assist in the planning and execution of communicating strategies to internal stakeholders (key volunteers including SIWEC management committee members and sub-committees, donors, Sikh institutions, and community partners (including government agencies from the social service and health sector.)
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with volunteers and donors (individuals, corporate partners and foundations) and maintain regular engagement with them through various channels including emails, letters and special events.
• Provide regular updates to donors on the impact of their contributions, showcasing tangible outcomes, success stories and testimonials.
• Create content to showcase volunteering with SIWEC’s programs and showcase volunteers to engage with potential new volunteers.

Event Coordination

• Assist in planning, organizing and executing events to increase SIWEC’s profile and engagement with stakeholders, primarily for fundraising and recruitment of volunteers for our programs.
• To plan and manage publicity and marketing of SIWEC’s community engagement channels and activities (e.g. SIWEC’s fund-raising initiatives, outreach events at various community touchpoints, online or in-person forums, workshops, and webinars/seminars, as well as the biennial SIWEC Appreciation Day.
• Assist the Manager in organising and managing visits to SIWEC by community partners, donors, government agency representatives, and members of the media.

Corporate Communications

• Develop creative concepts for content marketing, social media channels and SIWEC’s official website and prepare online newsletters, promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels.
• Plan and manage SIWEC’s presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools (including, but not limited to, Mail Chimp, Google Analytics, Web Trends and more).
• To plan and manage SIWEC’s public communications including regular website updates, content creation of engaging stories for social media channels and drafting content for internal publications (e.g. SIWEC annual reports and quarterly e-Newsletter).

Through this internship, you will have the opportunity to experience the important role of an analyst and how the function works closely and inter-dependently with the medical communications and business development teams in a medical communications agency. Project Scope :

○ Conduct various manner of desk research, including targeted literature searches, systematic literature searches, publication or competitor landscape research, target journal search etc.

Technical Leadership

• Coordinate the review and ongoing management of the UC and AV system.
• Understand business needs and processes.
• Lead the assessment, justification, implementation, and integration of UC and AV system.
• Accountable for maintenance of UC infrastructure. Ensure that all UC-supported systems stay up-to-date and compliant with updates and security patches. Enterprise Project Management

• Collaborate with cross functional Project Manager, in directing the team to assist in initial scoping documents and resource estimates for new customer’s new UC and Meeting Room AV implementations.
