Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare collaterals including press releases, speeches, media briefings, Q&As, social media postings and any other content which aligns with the business’ objectives
• Build and Maintain rapport with media partners.
• Monitor and compilation of competitive PR activities.
• Managing the budget and timeline control for department.
• CSR & Social Media management.
• Keeps the company up-to-date with latest PR development including changes, new PR platforms, tools, best practices etc.
• Manage execution of all PR touch points for each campaign.
• Translation for all internal and external publication
• News clipping archiving
• Able to work within deadline, develop and inspire internal PR team.
• Assist PR Team to organize media related programs and activities such as media luncheons, dinners, briefings, interviews, press conferences as well as Familiarization Programs for foreign and local journalists as well as other related stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations/Journalism or equivalent.
• Excellent command of both verbal and written in English & Mandarin language are essential.
• Familiar with design software – Adobe, Illustrator.
• Enthusiastic and dynamic with strong people management & decision-making skills and ability to work on own initiative.

Tasks :

• Support the Marketing Communication Manager with communication initiatives and the customer excellence program.
• Assist in organization and management of internal meetings/workshops including liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, email marketing, social media and display campaigns.
• Track and tweak campaigns’ performances.
• Analyse and report on all campaign performance against KPIs and ROIs.
• Perform market research and insights.
• Brainstorm with regional team to identify new and creative growth strategies.
• Stay on top of emerging trends in digital marketing and new tools.
• Maintenance of databases.
• Content management for online channels.
• Track effectiveness/outcomes of campaigns.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Projects :

• Newsletters - two times a year in coordination with stories contributors - content creation.
• Brochures / flyers / promotional campaigns - design and artwork.
