As a CoStar Sales Executive for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lender Team, you will be responsible for growing the relationships with our largest and most important lenders nationwide. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement a comprehensive national account strategy in coordination with VP of Major Accounts

About This Role

Team responsibilities include the publication of Prepared Price Lists, execution of customer specific private label price lists, and market-based formula pricing utilizing complex Excel formulas. This role involves using SAP for price management, Forge Blacksmith for trade programs and promotions, Urner Barry Comtell for market quotations and statistics. The position supports all sales channels of the Food Service group encompassing distribution, national accounts, commercial chains, K-12, CVP, industrial, and non-commercial sectors. This position will work closely with IT counterparts and large Food Service customers to troubleshoot and transmit EDI price records to minimize pricing discrepancies. The position will provide support to the business in reporting and analyzing pricing as well as building processes that continually mitigate the risk of error. The position is actively involved in any system software integration related to pricing. Other duties for this position include working with Finance on Gross Sales forecasts, analysis of pricing, recovery model resolution of pricing deductions, ad hoc reporting and performing other responsibilities as the need arises.
