The Retail Commerce Centre of Excellence team (RCoE) is a centralised function reporting to the European Chief Marketing Officer and was created to re-define and lead the way Samsung operates with its largest accounts. The RCoE services four key audiences, the HQ team based in Korea, the European Samsung subsidiaries, Retailers and the end consumer. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a successful, data obsessed team that are continually pushing the boundaries and each other to ensure we achieve our ambitious collective goals!

Role and Responsibilities
Job role & responsibilities
Amazon Platform Management (UK/Germany/France/Spain/Italy) - manage the agency (VML) and local subsidiary relationships across all product divisions for day-to-day product detail page management and execution. Track and measure Samsung’s Organic and Paid performance. Advise on media strategy. Identify Pan-EU opportunities and present them to subsidiaries for consideration.
Pan-EU Omnicahnnel marketing stratgeies and campaigns -support the Head of Marketing to plan and manage multi-channel, multi-retailer media campaigns (Retail Media, Social, Sponsored, Display, Affiliate) develop creative asset toolkits, devise post-campaign analysis
Stakeholder management -represent the European marketing team for all areas related to retail marketing, build positive working relationships, devise and deliver internal presentations on a regular basis, monitor and action feedback
Key Competencies & characteristics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to build collaborative and positive working relationships at various levels.
Digital Media experience: Amazon Sponsored Ads and Display media campaign planning, execution and attribution. Retail Media e.g. Criteo
Experience (ideal but not essential) of working in a centralised division servicing multiple internal stakeholders, multiple territories
Ability to communicate on a regular and consistent basis to external and internal teams, present ideas, devise & create presentation assets, materials, communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs & strategies
Agency management and liaison, reporting and governance
Insight – to develop deep understanding of the omnichannel consumer and use research & data to drive actionable insights, building case studies to communicate across the business
