• Good scripting skills in Bash, Python or other similar scripting languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Willing to self-learn & able to work independently.

Education:

• Diploma & above in Information Tech, Engineering, or a related field.

Job Description & Requirements

• Design and drafting of infrastructure/ Water / building engineering works (Structural / Mechanical / Electrical).
• Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering.
• Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details/ schedules for projects.
• Assist Project Manager in up-keeping the project ISO quality documentation and records.
• Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports.
• Assist Professional Engineer in liaison preparation and follow up of authority submission.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
• Good project management and technical skills
• Familiar with local code and authority submission procedures
• Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM
• Good communication skills; ability to work well in a team
