We are currently looking for an Accounts Executive/Clerk cum Admin who will have the responsibilities to manage day to day finance operations as well as HR and admin related tasks.

This person will be responsible for monthly closing, keying daily transactions, filing and

documentation, liaise with customers and suppliers for collections and payments, provide support to HR and Admin related matters.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
Verify accuracy of billing data and correct any discrepancies.
Prepare and distribute invoices to clients.
Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely payments.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Enter financial transactions into accounting software accurately and promptly.
Maintain and update financial records and documents.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.

Reconciliation:

Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy.

General Ledger:

Assist with general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
Ensure all financial data is recorded correctly and matches supporting documentation.

Human Resource:

Assist with interview arrangements and related matters
Assist with employees monthly payroll task

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the finance/HR/admin team as needed.
Handle correspondence tasks relating to finance, human resource and admin.

Qualifications

Experience & Background:

Diploma or equivalent in accounting and/or finance
1-2 years experience as an Accounts Executive/Clerk or similar role. (Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply)
Chinese female candidate is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Autocount/ MYOB/UBS) is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

System Maintenance:
- Use accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) to process transactions and generate reports.
- Maintain and update the company’s accounting system.
Communication and Support:
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other departments for financial matters.
- Provide financial support and advice to internal stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

Education: Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications like ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are a plus.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting software
- Good understanding of local tax regulations and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are a plus).

You will assist the Senior Manager or Head of Department to facilitate in the design and planning process from various stages of the property development and project lifecycle. You are required to participate fully in coordination, monitoring and control the upstream processes of the property development value chain, i.e. the planning and design aspects of the development. You are expected to support close coordination and liaison with other internal departments (i.e. Sales and Marketing, Project Management) and external consultants to deliver high quality final product to the customer within approved budget and in accordance with company’s approved Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Support the marketing function in product development and innovation as well as competitive benchmarking. To identify potential design improvements to develop innovative products and differentiate product positioning that enhance profit margin and improve sales.
To prepare Request for Fee Proposal (RFP) in the engagement of design and planning consultants (Planners, Architects, Landscape Architects, Interior Designers etc.).
To research and make recommendations for the appointment of design consultants. Manage and guide consultants in all matters relating to planning, design & development.
To formulate project design brief and coordinate with consultants on all design matters.
To assist in technical feasibility study, site evaluation, initial conceptual modelling and what-if analysis for all potential land to be acquired.
To liaise with the relevant authorities on the prevailing planning and design guidelines imposed and their impact on the feasibility of projects.
To support the project management function on technical trouble shooting and alternative design solutions to facilitate the project delivery process.
Other responsibilities include:

Prepare design summary reports for Management reviews and other company related activities
Prepare and review project Master Implementation Program
Review consultant’s design, drawings and specifications for effective space planning, good design practices, detailing as well as selection of material finishes, fittings & fixtures etc on safety, practicality, cost efficiency, functionality and value for money aspects
To attend periodic site visits during construction to ensure the quality of the product
