Job Descriptions:

• Conduct engineering site surveys to plan equipment and interconnection locations at the site, as well as connections to the existing electrical system.
• Develop and prepare designs for residential solar PV systems, including but not limited to the electrical, structural, and mechanical aspects of the projects.
• Work with the Design Department to confirm the engineering design and decide on the DC equipment and AC interconnection locations at the site, as well as connections to the existing electrical system.
• Liaise with and manage subcontractors regarding their scope of work, schedules, and monitoring the quality of workmanship during installation.
• Record, implement, and manage design change requirements.
• Work with internal and/or external parties such as TNB, consulting firms, and local authorities on licensing applications and documentation.

• Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, procurement, and finance, to ensure the bid meets customer requirements and aligns with the company's business objectives.
• Reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, including pricing, payment terms, and risk mitigation measures.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of industry standards, trends, and regulations, and incorporating these into the bidding process.
• Reviewing and analyzing tender documents and conducting pre-bid site visits, as necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date bid information, including cost estimates, project schedules, and technical specifications.
• Preparing and presenting bid presentations to clients and stakeholders, as well as participating in bid clarification and negotiations.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the Solar or Electrical industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and ERP systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge and experience in Solar PV systems and PVSYST will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel or relocate.

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct engineering site survey and feasibility study for EV charging station projects
• Understand site condition and client requirements to develop suitable technical solutions
• Drive the end-to-end process of the project until completion, including engineering, budgeting, procurement, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of EV charging stations
• Liaise and manage sub-contractors for their scope of works, schedules and monitoring workmanship qualities or subcontractors during installation
• Provide technical expertise to assist in the operation of EV charging station in terms of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Stay up to date with developments in the market environment and policy to identify latest trend and innovation
• Work with the team to identify opportunities for new product development and improvements to existing solution
• Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with our business conduct.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical)
