Job Scopes

Profile Requirements :

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Management Office/Project Executive in the IT domain, with a preference for candidates with exposure to banking sector experience. Job Brief:

The Senior Analyst of Planning & Performance Management provides supporting roles for engaging and coordinating across functions and levels in the capacity of Business Planning and Performance Management within MRANTI and external stakeholders, i.e. MOSTI, MOF and other ministries as and when required. The role

This is an acquisition sales (hunter) role. The role is in place to deliver our “new logo” business target from primarily from the eCommerce sector in KL and more widely across South East Asia working with businesses operating regional headquarters from KL.

The role is predominantly field based and involves progressing inbound enquiries to conclusion and where required an element of outbound calls/contacts to prospects, leads and opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Project Manager (Account Management)

AS a CRM BA you will play a crucial role in supporting our Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives. JOB PURPOSE

This role acts as the liaison between our client and customers to recover debts and resolve outstanding payments. Duties include communicating with customers via telephone, negotiating payment plans with owing customers, and enacting payment plans to clear their debts. Accomplished Tele-Collection Agents require high customer service, persuasion, and negotiation skills, as well as a mind for problem-solving to work with customers to resolve their debts to mitigate financial losses.

• Make outbound calls to delinquent customers to negotiate for payment.
• Receive inbound calls (which is related to unblocking of devices or recovery related matters) and to negotiate payment arrangement with the customer.
