The role

This is an acquisition sales (hunter) role. The role is in place to deliver our “new logo” business target from primarily from the eCommerce sector in KL and more widely across South East Asia working with businesses operating regional headquarters from KL.

This role acts as the liaison between our client and customers to recover debts and resolve outstanding payments. Duties include communicating with customers via telephone, negotiating payment plans with owing customers, and enacting payment plans to clear their debts.
