Main Purpose of Job

1. To develop operation/training planning, providing strategy planning for improvement, product good customer service and possess stability of manpower management.

Principle responsibilities & duties

3. To assess staff calling and operation knowledge, provide coaching or training to all staffs under Credit Management Group and recommend staff skill development.
4. To increase customer service standard, ensure resolution of customer complaint and training issue within stipulated timeframe.
5. To evaluate the effectiveness of training conducted and propose the counter measure of training program.
6. To coordinate with HR career fair interview arrangement to fit with CMG needs.
7. To relief other Section Head on operation support related matter to ensure operation running smoothly, if required.
8. To undertake any Management new direction and involve in project or any task list assigned by Management.

Job requirement

1. Diploma or Degree holder or professional qualification in relevant disciplines.
2. Minimum 8 years working experience in customer service, training and collection in general or any related field.
3. Relevant exposures and knowledge of credit management or operations of banking / financial institutions is preferred.
4. Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications.
5. Good negotiation, communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Work together with Vertical Leaders / Customer Success Teams and independently identifying and addressing client’s business issue or project brief, with the support from the technical teams proposing the right & relevant solution (i.e. type of consumer study, data collection approach, research design, timeline and investment). This includes developing & presenting the proposed solution to clients.  
• Take lead on proactive client engagement, identifying the right decision makers within the targeted companies and maintain a relationship with prospective clients with the aim to become a trusted advisor, thus gaining more business opportunities.  
• Maintain an accurate and up to date knowledge on research techniques and applications; eager to learn about value added analysis to properly answer client’s key research objectives.   
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to think about the client's business and take concrete steps towards building knowledge about a key industry vertical and also Consumer Insights Solution.  
• Ensure the vertical leaders and customer success teams have a full understanding of the prospective client’s requirements to ensure we deliver quality outputs and achieve high CSAT results  
• Ensure the right costing and margin of all out going proposals 
• Support in Marcoms and create email campaigns via Sales Loft 
• Full compliance with our costing, leads, pipeline and revenue systems in timely manner 

Primary Tasks 

• Data collection as well as the merging of datasets from various excel files or Google Sheets
• Ensuring the integrity of the data/information in MS Excel files by making sure there are no errors or mistakes in them

Other tasks for applicants who like more complex work:

• Conducting business research on selected topics of interests which can be related to any other field like economics, finance, marketing, social media, human resource, psychology, law and etc. depending on your major or specialization
• Analysing the data for your research and determining how the findings can affect any aspects of our operations (Ex. Marketing, Sales, Human Resource Management, etc)
• Helping us come up with design concepts or prototype designs for our website and mobile App using Adobe XD OR marketing or social media posts and banners with tools like Canva if you like to be creative
• Working with employees from other departments such as Finance, Graphics design, IT, Psychology, etc to work on specific tasks if needed
• Clearly and openly, communicating problems and solutions via Skype with the Managing Director
