Job Descriptions:

1. Closing of full set of accounts for company's clients in various industries such as trading of goods, service & manufacturing.
2. Setting up new chart of accounts and data migration in accounting system for new client.
3. Issuance of daily and monthly billing to clients.
4. Arrange twice a month suppliers payments via online banking.
5. Submit service tax once every two months via Custom portal.
6. Correspond with clients on any accounting, audit & corporate tax related issues.
7. Liaise with external auditors, tax agent and government agencies such as Custom, Immigration Department, LHDN etc.
8. Handle any ad hoc assignment as and when required.

Requirements:

1. Business Degree in Accounting or equivalent/Higher Diploma in Accounting with a minimum 3-4 years of working experience in related field.
2. Possess with positive working attitude, great personality, initiative, responsible, team player and able to work independently.
3. Versatile, agile and nimble person who is able to handle clients from different industries and adapt different accounting software.
4. Well-versed with accounting technical knowledge with various industries (ie. service, trading of inventory, manufacturing)
5. Excellent customer service towards internal and external clients.
6. Meticulous & detail-oriented personal with excellent organizational and time management skills and able to work under tight deadlines during monthly peak period.
7. Proficient in writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
8. Mandarin-speaking candidate will be an added advantage.
9. Candidates well versed with cloud-based accounting systems such as Quickbooks, Xero, web-based SQL and AutoCount will be an advantage.
10. Candidates well-versed in stock management and invoicing using AutoCount will be an added advantage.

Job Description :

• To handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work to ensure compliance with relevant rules regulations, i.e., Companies Act 2016.
• Responsible for the preparation of resolutions, board papers, minutes of meetings, MYCOID & MBRS submission, and other corporate secretarial documents.

Position Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Responsibility

• Provide necessary support and services to sales staff of the Company in the execution of day-to-
