* Prepare shell drawing once received Architect and Structure drawings from Client.

* Liaise with the client about shell drawing before proceeding with Aluminium Formwork.

Job Description:

• Source and participate in lease negotiations, identifying prospective and secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.
• Assist in conducting market research in keeping up with market trends & competitor retail development.
• Establish & maintain good landlord-tenant relationships with existing & potential tenants.
• Attend to tenants' leasing queries, requests, comments, and complaints with the objective of rectifying or resolving issues to improve services.
• Ensure timely deposit, rental collection, and renewal of tenancy agreements.
• Attend to tenancy-related matters including negotiation and issue legal documentation, and generate leasing reports as well as any other related documents with regard to tenancy transactions.
• Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters about mall operations.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices.
• Up to date with property market status.
• MS Office familiarity.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Persuasive with marketing and sales skills.
