You will assist the Senior Manager or Head of Department to facilitate in the design and planning process from various stages of the property development and project lifecycle. You are required to participate fully in coordination, monitoring and control the upstream processes of the property development value chain, i.e. the planning and design aspects of the development. 4. To formulate project design brief and coordinate with consultants on all design matters.
5. To assist in technical feasibility study, site evaluation, initial conceptual modelling and what-if analysis for all potential land to be acquired.
6. To liaise with the relevant authorities on the prevailing planning and design guidelines imposed and their impact on the feasibility of projects.
