Job Overview
The Group Human Resource Director (GHRD) will play a critical hands-on role in shaping and executing HR strategy across the organization. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR leader who enjoys not only driving strategy but also staying involved in the operational, day-to-day HR activities. Hands-On HR Leadership:

Qualifizations & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

HR Advisory

• Being the point of contact to provide sound HR advice and support to employees on various HR matters including policies, benefits, performance, and career development.
