• Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as receiving GR TAT, WO cycle time, WARS indicators & Warehouse productivity.

Candidate shall be specialized in advanced 3D & heterogenous packaging solutions, plays a critical role in ensuring successful and efficient implementation of next gen flash products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Planning: Develops and implements long-term strategies on introducing advanced materials for solid-state device packaging to align with overall business objectives and market trends.
• Team Leadership: Manages and motivates a team of packaging engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Material & Process Optimization: Identifies and implements advanced materials to be used in packaging processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance and reliability of solid-state devices.

• Implement a comprehensive communication and branding plan to engage internal and external stakeholders for the Flash Backend Operations (FBE).
• Support to manage and enhance the FBE organization's brand image and reputation through creative messaging and effective campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Support the management of the multimedia communications for the FBE organization.

About the Position 

The Office Administrator is responsible to provide comprehensive administrative services to the Administration and Operation Unit, as well as the full range of high-level secretarial support to the team. The Office Administrator proactively liaises with team members and staff in other departments as necessary, in order to provide constant and consistent services to facilitate Department’s functions, streamline practices, support planning and execution of meetings, and handle all operations related to the unit.

The successful candidate will: 

• Provide comprehensive, efficient and effective advanced administrative and secretarial support services.
• Manage the day-to-day office communication that includes drafting of correspondence, mail distribution (incoming letters), incoming and outgoing communications and routing it to the appropriate personnel for action/follow-up.
