Duties & Responsibilities

• In charge of Indirect Material sourcing/procurement, perform vendor selection, evaluation and monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal & external parties (e.g. vendors, transporters, shipping agents, forwarders etc.) on the indirect material requirement planning until goods delivery. Ensure accurate goods receipt in system and monitoring inventory.
• Coordinate and verify vendors’ delivery and billings documents to ensure matching process smoothly done in SAP system. Monitor progress payment purchases especially for those engineering projects without disruption.
• Ensure all procurement activities and documentations are in accordance with the departmental procedures. Maintain proper control of records for quotations/ contracts and parts/products specification.

• Liaise with MIDA & Customs office for application of import duty exemption for maintenance spare parts, equipment, IP Project items and other raw materials.
• Any other such duties assigned by superior or Management as and when required.
• To maintain a safe working environment with awareness and knowledge of site EHS standards and ensure compliance with local, state and federal EHS regulations.

• Create new SOPs, enhance existing ones, put established SOPs into practice, and evaluate each SOP once it has been put into practice to make sure that execution and compliance is at the highest possible level.
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Conducting regular assessments and meeting with team of project milestones and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and facilitate corrective actions when projects are veering off course.

We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrator 1, Contracts to join our team in Batu Kawan, Malaysia. As Administrator 1, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of the SEA legal team’s operations, managing the administrative aspects of the department’s portfolio. In this role, you will maintain the tools, systems, and processes required for the role. You will partner with the legal counsels on your team and stakeholders inside and outside of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide general contract administration support including reviewing contract requests
• Support contract management processes, including using and managing internal contract management tools.
• Administration of legal documentation submission through the ticketing system.
• Manage end-to-end administrative contract management tasks by maintaining internal contract management tools.
• Perform post-contract execution administrative, management, and tracking tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the team, including internal and external appointments.
• Prepare all required meeting documentation and assist in documenting meeting minutes.
• Manage all aspects of travel itineraries, planning, bookings/ reservations, and transportation.
• Prepare and manage budget submission processes utilizing internal system(s).
• Assist in all team claims submission and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Liaising with external service providers on the execution of legal engagement letters, billings administration, and other legal documentation.
• Manage all courier and administrative documentation (including filing – both physical and digital).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design & Develop new hardware & innovative solution on sensor integration (IoT) and data mining to existing manufacturing equipment.
• Perform new sensor development and selection for data mining to IoT platform.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics team to integrate and implement large scale data solution
• Responsible to develop/sustain existing software programs, algorithms and automate data to clean and evaluate huge amount of datasets from multiple sources.
• Continue improving the acquisition system through software updates or new/improved hardware
• Documentation of systems and procedures for the setup and maintenance of hardware systems.
• Ensure effective hand shaking process of new device/product introduction to the line and new process technology capabilities developments.

• Perform basic level analysis for production hold lots and give disposition and feedback to related team such as Product Engineer, Test Process Engineer, Assembly Process Engineer, and Test Equipment Engineer for issue investigation.
• Execute 1st level troubleshooting during test and escalate it to related team.
• Handle test engineering activity such as DOE/Volume checkout/correlation etc.
• Maintain 6S in common of lab, in charge of units control in lab.
• Provide support for hardware release such as product correlation and machine buy-off activities qualifications.
• Attend to immediate product/system related testing issues and demonstrates open communication policy and involvement with production and maintenance people on achieving problem solution.
• Perform 1st level EFA and 2nd level EFA for production hold lots and give disposition, and feedback to related team for issue investigation.
• Support related production issue related to TPE (flush out)
• Wafer test process

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead PCB DFM with multi-function teams for PCB design tape out.
• Act role of PCB designer including PCB DFM for staging SSD project.
• Proceed PCB placement and PCBA proposal with consideration of mechanical process & design feedback and thermal solution.
• Perform PCB design library maintenance, PCB panel and fabrication drawing template generation and Valor ERF maintenance.
• Lead PCB design rule roadmap development with multi-function teams.
• Interface seamlessly with PCB SQE, PCB venders and HW engineer for required PCB design rule development.
• Lead project to success and on time deliverable with various manufacturing and function teams at various WDC locations for new product development and PCB design improvement.
• Deliverable of Automation program for efficiency of PCB design and DFM.

• To prepare reports in timely manner 
• Required to working shift and will be station in Production Office
