• Organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling of total company accounts receivables management and credit control activities.
• Overseeing and supervising credit control team’s performance in meeting AR Target KPIs.
• Overseeing and supervising accurate preparation, processing, checking and sending of Reminder Letters for overdue accounts including preparation of Schedules and Summary reports.
• Overseeing and supervising branch support services and credit control activities nationwide.
• Overseeing and Supervising Help Desk and customer relationship support functions.
• Handling internal/external Customer enquiries and complaints.
• Timely submission of payment allocation to AR team.
• Overseeing, supervising and coordinating credit control process changes and document control for ISO QMS compliance.
• Perform other relevant functions in credit control as and when necessary.

Job Requirement:

Mechanical Design Engineer, doing HDD component, assembly and system level engineering, documentation, test and qualification.

• To come up with fully-thought out marketing/ advertising ideas that can be implemented from start to finish 
• To analyze and report on target audience insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to help build the best strategies possible
• Discussing and consolidating the data and findings you have to back up your marketing ideas with the managing director or business executive.
• Ensuring that the marketing plans and strategies appeal to the target audience members
• To design or create marketing materials such as videos, articles, banners, posters, emails and etc
• Developing creative briefs that detail how we meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications including print, social media, digital marketing, video assets and etc. 
• Researching and documenting the best ways to gather customer and market insights to determine what outreach strategies are needed to increase customer conversions if the Ad idea has been launched 
• Documenting how we track the impact and effectiveness of the current marketing plans put in place, analyzing them as well as finding ways to improve or optimize them accordingly
• Administrative work if needed: Collecting and checking the accuracy of data in Excel or Google Sheets

• Oversee, develop, and manage detailed integration plans of new acquisitions and investments into the Group for non-solar business.
• Drive continuous improvement across the portfolio of acquired companies and their synergy with the Group's core business activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, HR, IT, legal) to ensure successful and timely integration of acquired companies.
• Monitor integration progress and resolve any issues that arise to ensure smooth transitions.
• Evaluate the performance and strategic fit of acquired companies within the broader organizational goals of the Group, making adjustments as needed.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding strategic adjustments and areas for further investment or divestment.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders, functional department heads and senior management to ensure alignment and effective execution of integration strategies.
• Track and report on the realization of synergies and benefits post-acquisition, ensuring that they meet or exceed projections.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding post-acquisition integration and portfolio management.
• Prepare and present regular updates on post-M&A portfolio performance, including integration progress, financial results, and operational improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or other relevant fields.
• Proven experience in a smilar role, preferably in Corporate Strategy, M&A and Business Development.
• minimum 5 years of working experience.
• Customer oriented, independent and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast paced environment.
