Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Admin Executive to join the team at Best Rising Trading Sdn Bhd, the distributor of Joyday ice cream in Malaysia. The Admin Executive will play a crucial role in supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth workflow within

the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration:

• Provide administrative support to the management and sales team.

• Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

2. Inventory and Order Management:

• Assist with inventory tracking and stock management.

• Process orders and coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.

3. Data Entry and Reporting:

• Maintain and update databases with accurate information.

• Prepare and generate reports for management, including sales and inventory data.

4. Customer Support:

• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.

• Address any administrative issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

5. Scheduling and Coordination:

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events as needed.

• Support the planning and organization of company events or promotions.

6. Finance Assistance:

• Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice preparation and payment tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods and products to customers within the scheduled delivery routes
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues or maintenance requirements

Job Description

• Assist to handle day-to-day administration tasks/activities.

Lighting Design Specialist

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with the product application team to understand project goals and

requirements.

· Design innovative lighting solutions (including ID, industrial, and façade lighting)

based on client needs.

· Prepare lighting plans, layouts, and specifications using AutoCAD, Dialux, AGi32,

and SketchUp 3D.

· Perform lighting calculations and simulations to ensure efficient performance and

energy savings.

· Choose the best lighting fixtures, controls, and technologies to meet project needs

and budget.

· Provide technical support to internal teams, clients, and partners throughout the

project.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest lighting design trends, technologies, and best
