The primary role (Suitable for Beginners)

• Web scrapping using HTML and Python on beautiful soup, Sellenium, Pycharm and more
• To check and ensure that the data in the csv. files match what is on the websites and that the code is working and then keeping/storing the csv files into Dropbox

• Manual software testing for our website and application and documenting any issues, bugs or errors found as well as any possible solutions for them
• Automation testing using Cypress.io to automate the bug testing process
• AI automation testing using the Recombee platform (Suitable for Machine Learning, AI or Data Science majors)

• Understand the relationship of assigned processes to both upstream and downstream processes to guarantee clean data is delivered by eliminating the need for re-work from any Operations team

• Responsible for an annual revenue target to be executed / developed through new business in the year.  
• Work together with Vertical Leaders / Customer Success Teams and independently identifying and addressing client’s business issue or project brief, with the support from the technical teams proposing the right & relevant solution (i.e. type of consumer study, data collection approach, research design, timeline and investment). This includes developing & presenting the proposed solution to clients.  
• Take lead on proactive client engagement, identifying the right decision makers within the targeted companies and maintain a relationship with prospective clients with the aim to become a trusted advisor, thus gaining more business opportunities.  
• Maintain an accurate and up to date knowledge on research techniques and applications; eager to learn about value added analysis to properly answer client’s key research objectives.   
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to think about the client's business and take concrete steps towards building knowledge about a key industry vertical and also Consumer Insights Solution.

As Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for the consolidation of business reports that lead to the creation of the billing reports for clients. You will be the initiator of the billing process, ensuring the accuracy, preciseness, and timeliness of data to be utilized by the finance and business development teams in the creation of invoices to clients. In detail:

• Pull monthly sales and other services data across various data streams
• Efficiently consolidate business reports required for the creation of billing reports and invoices across the value chain. This includes, but not limited to, sales reports, marketing spend reports, fulfillment reports, inventory reports, consumer engagement reports, and other services reports
• Meticulously create the business reports in the standardized format for ease of use of the finance and business development teams (consignment sales reports, service sales reports, activity-based fulfillment cost reports, promotional claims, etc. depending on assigned task)
• Issue billing reports to finance and business development teams
• Monitor marketing spend and reconciliation with billing reports to clients
• Update client files and database contact and banking information
• Update client files and database with issued invoices
• Track exceptions between the documents and invoice register and ensure all services are covered

In this Strategic Leadership role, you will be responsible for the development of the SAI Brand & Media Practice business at a country level operating as Brand Manager, driving profitable revenue growth, representing VOC and creating awareness of all your portfolio internally and externally. You will lead a Sales Product Experts team working closely with the global solution Practice leader and support Malaysia sales team (Business Partners, BPs) in collaboration with multiple areas like Product Leadership, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Marketing, etc. 

Core Responsibilities 

• Own overall Country Practice revenue and cost OP, driving long term profitable growth. 
• Serve as senior leader on Local RFI/RFP engagements working across SA&I and NIQ for a unified response and representing the Practice and its tools.     
• Involve in proposal development and E2E sales process in partnership with SS, Sales Enablement and Customer Success.  
• Own regional sales Practice communities including all regional leaders and local Practices to share BDPs, White Space opportunity frameworks, etc. with a regular cadence.  
• Build valuable routines across the team to keep high engagement levels and collaboration across teams.  
• Actively participate in global Practice sales communities. Explore alternative use cases that could be served with existing product capabilities to capture new revenue opportunities in existing clients or new verticals. 
• Partner with Global Practice team to give input for product development and prioritizations based on client feedback, RFPs requirements, competition analysis and market trends. Collaborate with Client Advisory Boards and Internal Advisory Board to capture needs and get early feedback on our mid / long term product roadmaps. 
• Collaborate with Product Leadership and sales transformation team on rate cards that reflect pricing strategy / positioning vs competition and enable internal profit targets. Evaluate potential partners that can help us drive incremental revenue complementing our offering or covering areas we are not investing in.    
• Clearly and convincingly articulate Practice offerings and unique value proposition, matching them with relevant client business challenges/KPIs. Adapt Practice sales framework to each Region linked to use cases relevant to specific target buyer personas.  

• Spearhead and expand Synagie’s Social Media Management projects
• Plan & execute all people and content marketing projects in the region, including
• Social Media Management, Content Creation, KOL engagement and Livestreaming.
• Have a firm pulse on the social media & KOL content creator landscape & trends
• Produce high-quality content by collaborating with influencers, designers and writers (paid & organic content)
• Oversee live stream production & coordination on marketplaces, social platforms or equivalent with the production team, partners, clients & hosts.

Client Management

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful
• implementation of content marketing strategies & projects
• Build long-term relationships with clients to develop a trusted advisor relationship.
• Manages client expectations and delivery across all projects
• Track and measure the delivery and campaign performance for actionable postmortem reports, providing meaningful insights and identifying future revenue opportunities.

Administrative

• Manage and ensure billings and payment accuracy, especially with content creators for project completion.
• Documentation and archival of content and digital visuals in the asset library.
