The Associate primary responsibility will be to provide administrative assistance to the Client Account Management Team and will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional services to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to client communication, account management, and administrative duties. A partial list of responsibilities and skills includes:

• Provide administrative support to the client account managers, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Organize and maintain client files, records, and databases.
• Assist in managing client accounts, including updating account information.
• Preparation of key performance indicators reports.
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings and appointments.
• Work closely with the client account managers to ensure all client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Identify and highlight opportunities for internal process improvement and increase in efficiency.
• Conducting research and analysis to support the development of client strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving client services and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above.

Job description

• Reconcile bank transactions (Upload daily bank account statement, reconcile all daily bank receipts/ payments in bank accounts including journal postings for bank related transactions in accordance with company policies)
• Analysing and rectify issues or enquiries, such as bank account variances or any other item pertaining to transaction within the entities supported, activity analysis for country finance commentary
• Preparation of bank reconciliation, loading into Certification, monitoring/ clearing aged items, attend balance sheet review calls with stakeholders if required
• Stakeholder management includes collaboration with all parties (including country finance, controllerships, business finance, other GFS team, system experts, Group Finance etc) in handling daily/ ad hoc matters relating to entities supported
• Improve processes within cash management function
• Be an escalation point for any issues involving month end, quarter, year-end close.
• Understand and ensure compliance with Experian policies and be the first line of defence/ Gatekeeper of the books
• Manage daily operation and month end close to ensure deadlines and deliverables are submitted correctly
• Provide support to internal & external Audit process and in accordance to accounting standard. Ensure compliance with all requirements encompassing data integrity and evidence of process and accuracy
• Perform other responsibilities periodically assigned by line manager to meet financial reporting requirements or other projects

Responsibilities:

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis tools.
