Event Executive Job Brief

We are searching for a talented and motivated event executive to plan outstanding and unforgettable events. You will be responsible for every part of event preparations, such as attending event enquiries, proposals, and meetings. As the event executive, you should be well-organized and able to handle event venues, suppliers, and vendor management. Event Executive Responsibilities :

• Attending event enquiries, preparing quotes and able to prepare event proposals with minimum supervision. – Training Provided

• Work external suppliers, vendors and freelance event coordinators to execute confirmed events with minimum supervision.
• Be resourceful in sourcing event venues, decorators , talents, caterers and other event vendors.
• Assisting the event managers with all event operations - Set Up, Tear Down & Follow Ups.
• Perform research to gain deep understanding of different requirements and details of each event.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, talents, and event venues to meet client’s requirements.
• Maintain event budgets and prepare P&L – Training Provided
• Carefully supervise confirmed event preparation activities with proper handover to operations department.
• Handling meetings and presentations with clients with minimum supervision.

Event Executive Requirements :

• At least one year of experience as in any type of event industry is added advantage. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office Tools and knowledge in Canva or other designing program is added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Brief

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Finance & Admin Executive to join our organization. In this role, you will work closely with the external financial administrator to record all the financial transactions of the company, as well as process invoices, purchase orders, and manage payroll (via HR Easily). Your role will also require you to manage the office administration and staff management. To ensure success as a Finance & Admin Executive, you should be versetile, dynamic and team driven. 

Responsibility :

• Processing invoices, work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, account payments, and payroll.

About the Role
The Marketing Manager – Malaysia will be responsible for developing and executing Bjak’s marketing strategy in Malaysia. You will lead the efforts to localize our global initiatives and ensure they are aligned with the unique preferences, behaviors, and trends of the Malaysian market. The role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the intricacies of consumer behavior in Malaysia, as well as the competitive landscape.

We need someone who can take ownership of the brand, drive customer acquisition, and maintain Bjak’s position as a leading player in the market. You should be ready to hit the ground running, with a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed in a rapidly changing industry.

• Market Expertise: You should be an expert in Malaysia’s consumer landscape, understanding local trends, cultural nuances, and preferences to create campaigns that resonate with the audience.
• Strategic Campaign Execution: You will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing strategies, from digital marketing to offline campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Digital Proficiency: You should have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and performance marketing, and know how to leverage these to drive engagement and conversions.
• Brand Stewardship: Be able to effectively position and communicate Bjak’s value proposition in Malaysia, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Know how to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns using data, ensuring that every campaign delivers maximum impact and ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to marketing.
• Agency & Vendor Management: You should have experience managing relationships with agencies, partners, and influencers to amplify campaigns and build brand awareness.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on the Malaysian market.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Malaysian consumer market.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including paid media, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to craft engaging content and lead bilingual campaigns.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to balance big-picture vision with tactical execution.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign planning and decision-making.
