This role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to acting as the point of contact for all general administrative duties and providing support for general management.

Job Summary:

• Organize and manage the General Managers’ calendar, appointments, meetings (internal and external), and conferences to ensure arrangements and activities are as planned.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred but not required.
• Relevant internships or academic projects will be considered for fresh graduates.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Language Requirements: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and other senior executives as required.

• Demonstrate punctuality and adherence to the agreed schedule for meetings and events.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while representing the company.
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Assist the CMO with any necessary travel arrangements and logistics.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive information.
• Adapt to changes in schedule and routes as necessary.
• Utilize GPS and other navigational tools to optimize travel routes.
• Maintain records of mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the CMO or direct superior.

What you will be doing:

1. To ensure that company vehicle are properly maintained.
2. To also ensure a regular check of other cars with check list of conditions incl. cleanliness and make a report for any matter which requires immediate attention of the General Manager.
3. Transport and follow General Manager’s on her whereabouts during working hours.
4. Assist General Manager’s on any task and duties assign from time to time.

3. Responsible for the cleanliness, refueling, daily inspection, maintenance and servicing reporting of company vehicle 
4. Responsible to take on call or emergency call at anytime when on standby duty
5. Responsible to transporting injury patient from Samalaju Plant to hospital in safety and timely manner.

• Personal driver to General Manager for company and personal trips
• Ensure the car is clean and in good condition.
• To check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take.
• Safely keep receipts for toll, petrol, parking, vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records
• Responsible, physically fit with good working attitude.
• Responsible for safety of passengers and vehicles, follows and comply with all road and traffic rules.
