This role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to acting as the point of contact for all general administrative duties and providing support for general management.

Job Summary:

• Organize and manage the General Managers’ calendar, appointments, meetings (internal and external), and conferences to ensure arrangements and activities are as planned.

• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and presentations.

• Plan, develop, and deliver technical training sessions to Direct Labor employees.
• Develop criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
• Develop training materials.
• Document training events.
• Compile and publish training metrics.
• Identify potential quality problems, compliance gaps, and possible process efficiency improvements to production management.
• Provide feedback and corrective action from the daily defect review.
• Train and certify Direct Labor on general training and production process
• Participate in SGA / Kaizen activities.
• Conduct MSA to inspection and QA operators.

1. Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
2. Handle support & logistics for training activities including training materials, venues and equipment
3. Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
4. Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
5. Develop training aids such as manuals, FAQ’s and handbooks
6. Monitor adherence to the established training programs to ensure standard work in the training programs.
7. Document feedback and audit results to help the training department identify strengths as well as area of improvement.
8. Administrative support for IMS documentation and audits.
9. Follow up on training programs post training assignment and coordination of presentation if needed.
