What you will do:

• Identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends to boost brand and product growth as aligned to the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Utility Payment Processing:

• Ensure all utility payments are processed on time to avoid service disruptions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments in the master list.

Tracking and Reporting:

• Monitor and update the master list with utility payment details and other administrative data.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of administrative tasks.

Letter Management System (LMS) Administration:

• Manage and maintain the Letter Management System to ensure efficient document handling.

Provision Management:

Job Purpose

The marketing executive responsible to develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract foot traffic, support tenants, manage casual mall leasing, and engage customers through various promotional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Casual Mall Leasing:

To assist the team in ensuring that the monthly income target is achieved through profitable rental of promo space, advertising space, pushcart and any other available revenues.

To plan and source for suitable and relevant external parties in all aspects of casual leasing that are in-line with the Mall’s Brand Values.

To plan, source and execute thematic promotion space based on selected Marketing Campaigns.

Event and Campaign:

Assist in planning and executing effective Marketing campaigns in-line with the Company’s marketing objectives and positioning through events and promotions.

Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and tenant needs.

Strategy Development:

Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the mall’s brand and events.

Reporting and Evaluation:
