Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (i.e. Science, engineering, management, operations research/management, etc.)
2. At least 3 years of working experience in Quality Engineering or a similar role; audit field, lead and manage quality systems implementation.
3. Demonstrated background in an ISO 9001, ISO13485, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 27001, RBA or comparable quality and regulatory system.
4. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Knowledge and ability to understand and apply process audit principles (ISO).
6. Proficient using MS Office Suite

1. Actively participates in the selection and certification of certification of suppliers , with BU engineer and procurement to ensure that the selected supplier meet kaifa requirement in term of technology , quality , cost and service.
2. Conduct the supplier review to key suppliers in quality system and the production manufacturing process in order to ensure its conformity and continues improvement
3. Participate in the selection and verification of part in the design stage of the company new project

• Maintain and improve/automate/digitize as needed, the Quality Control Management System (QCMS) to manage product quality and conformance in accordance with JDE guidelines and product specifications.
• Ensure Food Safety of all manufactured products by implementing the relevant JDE and legal /certification requirements (e.g. HACCP and FSSC 22000) and by continuous verification of the compliance and effectiveness of installed systems.
• Provide expertise and timely support to all functions with regard to Quality, Product Safety and technical issues arising in Operations during day-to-day business.

• Making sure the ingredients used is on-going maintained Halal status by maintaining valid Halal certificates from suppliers.
• Uphold plant Halal practices.
• Conduct periodic Halal Committee meeting.
• Conduct periodic Halal checks at the shopfloor and related facilities.
• Connect with Jabatan Agama Islam for Halal renewal and consultation matters.
• Make timely Halal certificate renewal.
• Maintain and implement HAS Manual requirement for Johor MU.
• Support NPD and substitution ingredients Halal certificate applications
• Support any Halal requirement by customer.
• Involve new product regulatory and existing ingredients, semi FG and FG specification compliance check on periodic basis
