Position Overview: Join our team as a Telemarketer and embark on an exciting journey connecting with influential personalities. In this role, you will research successful individuals in Malaysia and Singapore and invite them to interview sessions with our dedicated editors to share their inspiring life stories. Your main responsibilities include researching personalities and extending interview invitations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research to find prospective personality candidates based on the criteria and requirements set by British Publishing House.

- Approach prospective personalities through multi-channel communication platforms (via outbound calls, emails, chat, and social media).

- Schedule interview appointments (in-person or via video call) with personalities for our dedicated editors in the the CRM system.

- Utilize CRM software to update personality’s contact details and maintain interaction records between personalities, telemarketing, and editors in the system.

- Actively seek new opportunities for interview invitations through networking and social media.

Qualifications:

- SPM/O-Level, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
