職位概況：

與銷售主管密切合作，為國際和本地客戶進行銷售和行銷活動。協助銷售營運、分配任務、管理預算、成本評估、專案協調、管理期限。

主要職責：

1. 與銷售主管密切合作，為每位客戶建立銷售和行銷服務活動，以協助實現客戶的產品和服務企業目標。
2. 識別和建立行銷服務流程和程序，並管理其開發和實施。
3. 與本地和國際合作夥伴建立信任的長期關係，深入了解他們的業務，從而發展互惠互利的合作夥伴關係。
4. 遵守既定準則，參與管理與行銷服務活動相關的客戶預算。
5. 與合作夥伴一起分析和評估每個行銷服務計劃的有效性，並確保捕獲和共享關鍵經驗教訓。
6. 管理專案預算。
7. 積極尋找新的供應商，擴大和增強我們的服務知識。
8. 與外包供應商合作並建立外包供應商以獲得優惠安排（成本、交付等）和服務交付。
9. 協調各種行銷服務活動，即。採購、樣品、生產、維修等
10. 管理促銷和附屬材料的製作和分發以支持行銷計劃。
11. 協調銷售和促銷的機制。
12. 臨時職責。

要求：

1. 行銷、商業研究文憑或同等學歷。
2. 至少 2 年行銷環境經驗。
3. 必須精通英語和普通話，並且能夠與專業客戶打交道。
4. 歡迎市場/銷售管理員背景申請。
5. 完整銷售和行銷組合應用的知識和證據，最好在多個行業中應用。
6. 強大的人員管理/發展技能。
7. 高度發達的商業技能和時間管理技能。
8. 獨立，不怕問問題。

As a Marketing Intern, you will support our Campaigns team in executing marketing initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience in B2C e-commerce marketing, working with stakeholders to ensure that all promotions and deals are accurately reflected across our platforms. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Campaigns team in executing marketing campaigns, from planning to post-campaign analysis.
2. Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless and strategic campaign execution.
3. Learn and apply marketing principles relevant to e-commerce B2C strategies.
4. Review and confirm that all promotions, deals, and vouchers are uploaded and accurately displayed on all sales channels

2. Generating Purchase Orders, Sales Orders , Sales Contracts
3. Processing e-Invoicing to meet the LHDN requirement which involves checking all suppliers' invoices.
4. Co-ordinate export shipments with the warehouse and logistics department
