We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant (Design & Digital Marketing). In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of  tasks, including:

• Developing, coordinating and producing design concepts and graphic designs for the organization 's marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
• Provide supports to full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, safety and health, HR reporting, relevant administration and all HR matters and issues.

Job Summary

Kitchen Assistant:-

• Food Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of food, including cutting, chopping, and peeling ingredients, as well as measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensuring that kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized to maintain a safe and hygienic environment Washing dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils and equipment by hand or using a dishwasher.
• Assisting Chefs and Cooks: Supporting chefs and cooks with various tasks, such as fetching ingredients, setting up workstations, and assisting with cooking and plating food in trays
• Stocking and Storing Supplies: Receiving, unpacking, and storing food and supplies in designated areas, as well as rotating stock to ensure freshness.
• Following Safety and Hygiene Procedures: Adhering to all safety and hygiene standards, including wearing appropriate clothing, aprons, and footwear, and following proper food handling practices.

• Regularly meet quotas, goals and other forms of client expectations
• Help clients understand the limits of their budget or resources
• Consistently meet project deadlines
• Meet with other executive to discuss a clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes
• Develop budgets and timelines for clients
• Coordinate teams to meet project milestones
• Assemble new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals

• Work directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how the company can meet them
• Find leads
• Close sales
• Support existing clients
• Formulate sales strategies
• Communicate product value to clients.
• Work smart to achieve monthly sales target for your own goals.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, communications, marketing or a related field
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem solving and strong persuasion/ negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and driven by target. 
• Willing to learn, responsible and self-discipline.
