We are looking for a “Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist” for direct shipments who has excellent analytical & communication skills. You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Operations Manager of Asia Pacific and the Supply Chain team to support order monitoring and logistics activities for the APAC and partner with various teams across the organization to achieve efficiency in terms of operations, demand and supply.
This position will be based in Singapore.
YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
· Supporting in all order processing and order fulfillment procedures for direct shipments from the supplier to the subsidiaries
· Assist in the monthly forecasting statement for APAC countries
· Assist in the Demand Planning
· Liaise with the APAC countries and monitor fulfilled order quantities
· Assist in providing insights regarding trends, potential stockouts or overstocks in the APAC countries
· Assist the Supply Chain Department with the coordination of all Supply Chain activities
· Perform other operation and supply chain relevant duties as requested and instructed by the Supply Chain Manager
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
· Diploma or Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration with a good background preferably in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
· Good Analytical Skills (data and metrics interpreting, reporting, troubleshooting, brainstorming)
· Previous Experience in Data Analysis
· Fluent in English business Jargon
· Experience with MS NAV Dynamics is considered a plus
· Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus
· Excellent Admin skills
· Good Communication skills
· Excellent MS Office knowledge, particularly excel
· 2-3 yrs experience
· Willingness to learn
