Job scope : * Assist Admin Manager on general administration & HR issues.
  • Renewal of licence/permit.
  • Company general insurance policy.
  • Staff/worker attendance & overtime record.
  • Office equipments such as photocopier, printer & computer.
  • Office utilities.
  • Handle staff/workers complaints.
  • Company property rental.
  • Other ad-hoc matters.
  • Working hours : Monday – Friday (9.00am – 5.30pm) & Alternate Saturday (9.00am – 1.00pm).
REQUIREMENTS * Qualification : Min. diploma in Business Management.
  • Experience : 4 – 5 years in administration & HR.
