Develop new business opportunities by way of generation of leads (prospect). Introducing Oil & gas and Power & Utilties technical training solutions to the appropriate decision maker within the Energy & Power Market.

This role requires significant interaction with online B2B leads generation Platform (95%) which involves crucial data gathering resulting in increasing the number of prospect for each Energy campaign.

You will need to be nimble and excited about researching and generating targeted deicison maker that's tailored towards driving sales.

What We Offer:
Compensation package comprises of base salary, aggressive and competitive commission.
Cash incentive up to MYR 1,000 per month.
Carrer advancement towards Email marketing specialist.
Support list of campaigns with a sizeable of relevant target audience through B2B online leads generation platform (Our internal B2B database platform).
Increase the number of prospect based on demographics of countries, industry, jobtitles and nature of business.
Define and develop an understanding towards complicated structure, hierarchy, chain of command, departments, jobtitles, geography and nature of business of energy companies.
Increase and expand acquisition of prospect towards Asia Pacific Market (China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and etc.)
Choose a specific demographic and filter the targeted groups.
Qualify acquired leads that tailored towards driving sales.
Analysis of acquired leads which is relevant and valuable through engagement report.
Make recommendation for improvement . (Find out what’s working and what's selling (and what’s not).
This role require strong online research skills:
Millennials with strong exposure to digital platform.
Senior level will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in a smilar B2B lead generation role.
Solid track record in a role in CRM Data environment.
Computer savvy.
You need to be excel literacy.
Strong command in keywords. (You will have to know the art and science of keywords Research)
Posses strong reading skills.
Fast and Metrics - Minded.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent Self - Motivation skills.
Brief experience in handling CRM systems or related software applications.
Previously held Telesales position who knows how to generate their own leads.
