Office Administration Executive

Petaling Jaya

PURPOSE

To undertake general office administrative duties     

RESPONSIBILITIES   

  • Book travel arrangements
  • Order office supplies, source for suppliers
  • Manage phone calls, correspondences, packages
  • Attend meeting, record & distribute minutes
  • Liaise with IT on equipment requirements  
  • Administrative logistic support
  • Manage sales orders  
  • Support CSR initiatives  
  • General departmental (sales/finance) administrative duties as required
  • Any other tasks as assigned    

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Additional qualification as an Administrator or Secretary will be a plus
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience (preferably with MNCs)
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills    
  • Proficient in MS office, with computer system aptitude
  • Proactive, meticulous, diligent
