  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above in Business Management / Mass Communication or relevant
  • Malaysian only
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malay, English & Mandarin
  • To work in a team environment & support each other in multitasking
  • Good Communication skills, polite, patience, attend to customer complaint & problem solving skill


  • Take ownership of issues & concern of customer
  • Guiding Customer to use our client application platform
  • Willing to learn
  • To handle customers inquiry throught phone and platform
  • Built rapport with customers and team
  • Contact and identify Opportunites and book appointment for our Account Manager
