- Monitor stock levels and indentify purchasing needs.
- Prepare Purchase order, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
- Liase with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
- Perform matching of invoices with the Purchase Order and Delivery Order.
- Request quotation from suppliers.
- Assist in purchasing related administrative tasks.
- Candidate must prossess at least Diploma qualification in any field.
- A solid communicator with an ability to build strong relations.
- Aggresive and hard-working attitude, able to work under pressure.
- Can work independently and always be self-motivated.
- Must able to speak and write in Mandarin and English.
