A Theme Park Operations Manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day running of a theme park. This includes key functions, such as managing the customer experience and monitoring safety and health regulations, risk assessment to ensure safe environment for employees and public. He/She also propose and implement strategies to constantly improve customer satisfaction and park development.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Mass Communication with minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role;
- Experience in managing a theme park rides’ operations environment is essential;
- Exceptional interpersonal & communications skills;
- Proven leadership & organisational skills;
- Motivational character.
