This is a new 65 rooms hotel to be opened in September 2019 in Pulau Pangkor. The candidate will report to the Hotel Manager and is responsible to set up the F&B Dept and one F&B outlet.
Job Summary: To plan, coordinate and manage the daily F&B operations. Continuously work on improving the operational efficiency of the F&B Dept by optimizing productivity with the lowest possible cost. To established F&B Dept SOPs. Conduct On-The-Job training for all F&B staff to ensure consistent service techniques exceeding guests satisfaction. Ensure all operating equipment are utilized and stored properly to minimize breakages and losses. Conduct regular SOE inventory. The ultimate objective is to achieve the F&B revenue and/or GOR as per budget.
