Human Resources Functions
  • To support the HR Manager on daily HR activities:-
  • Process monthly payroll (salary & service points)
  • Prepare HR letter (appointment, confirmation, promotion, increment and others)
  • Update and check attendance on leave system
  • Update staff record and maintain personnel files
  • Arrange training and HRDF submission
  • Assist in jobs advertisement in the newspaper or any online platform
  • Any duties as per assigned by the supervisor

Administrative Functions

  • Monitor and update company renewal list
  • Purchase of Office equipment and stationery
  • Other administrative duties
