Your primary role is to manage an end-to-end recruitment cycle which includes sourcing & generating candidate traffic, cold calling, interview coordination, and making crucial hiring. You need to have prior experience in a similar capacity (90% only on passive recruitment) with strong time management (10% HR Administration) and organization skills.
In this role, you will be focused on hiring both traditional & digital position of Sales, Digital Marketing, Market Researchers and administration.
Candidates must possess the following 5 core proven skills:
Experience in generating and sourcing talent in Digital Platforms – (LinkedIn, jobstore (TS), any social media platform).
Recruitment experience must be based on 90% on passive and super passive candidates recruiting.
Cold calling and speed must be your strongest weapon. (is a must)
Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
About the position:
Coordinate and consistently work with hiring managers/talent management to identify manpower demands.
Ensuring the placement of the right candidate at the right place and time using the right recruitment processes to facilitate the selection of the best candidates.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Leverage on social media and professional networks to grow, interact and hunt potential candidates.
Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques to grow talent leads.
Plan and forecast monthly and project-based hiring needs.
Work hand in hand with talent management on salary proposal & negotiation.
Provides support in the processing of contract administration, allowances, and benefits.
Determines eligibility for salaries, entitlements, and benefits.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Lead mini digital employer branding initiatives.
Who are we looking for:
Proven work experience in passive candidates recruiting or similar role. (3 – 5 years)
Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
Recruiting with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, etc).
Possess proven achievements in hitting recruitment targets. (High volume recruitment)
Understand and leverage social media to acquire a bigger candidate pool.
Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
Able to make crucial recruitment decisions.
Positive minded can work independently.
A fighter even when the going gets tough.
