Handle full set of accounts including bi-monthly service tax return, tax matters and audit matters.
Familiar with banking transactions such as payment flows, GIRO, cheque payment.
Monitor cash flow operation and working capital of the Company.
Produce accurate financial reports meeting deadlines, interpreting financial information, highlighting any concerns or matter that should be aware to Management.
Provide recommendations and analysis for management action.
Liaise with external auditor and tax advisors on accounting matters.
Ensure the drafting of unaudited/ mock financial statements and departmental reports are completed on a timely basis.
Handle other ad-hoc assignments required by Management from time to time.
At least Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or ACCA with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Experience in entertainment and production industry is a plus.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient and comfortable with adopting technology and software tools (Microsoft Office, web/mobile applications etc.)
Good command of English Language
Analytical, meticulous, team player and good-problem solver.
Good knowledge in Quick Books accounting system will be an added advantage.
