Attend to all customer inquiries including emails, telephone calls and messages or WhatsApp and distribute them to sales PIC.
Regular communication with customers over the phones and emails to anticipate purchase orders.
Attend to customer PO and coordinate order processing with Operation Department, Purchasing Department and Finance Department.
Assist the Operation Department by communicating with customers over logistic issues.
Assist preparation of quotations based on salesman feedbacks and maintenance of their records.
To analyse existing customers purchasing trends and demands, and make regular follow-up calls to seek purchase orders
To assist the sales team with regular telephone sales calls, especially on order status follow-ups
To assist the sales team with sales visits from time to time to selected customers
Attending to customer complaints by registering the complaints and coordinating them to PIC based on nature of complaints.
Registering and coordinating customers sample request with sales and QA personnel and arrange pick-up with courier.
Up to date maintenance of sales records including inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, sample list, customer complaints and order database.
Assist collection of receivables from clients and to update Head of Department every month.
Update product in Alibaba website and other advertisement if required.
Act as Team member of Tender Team.
Maintain cordial and good relationship with the relevant department of customers.
Develop and coach a new customer service representative.
Participate fully in company’s QMS , EMS and HSEMS initiatives;
Act as QMS internal auditor & Project Team Member and documents coordinator for Sales Department
To implement EMS related activities that are specified in company’s EMS manual and procedures
Act as Emergency Response Team (ERT) Members
Coach all employees on company communication facilities.
