Admin Assistant and Human Resource cum Receptionist


Job Description: 

  • To support overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation (e.g photocopying, data entry, filing, invoicing, purchase order and etc). 
  • Scheduling job interview and assisting in interview process. Orienting new employees to the organization. 
  • Handle calls, respond to general enquiries from the public, taking messages, and welcome visitors promptly. 
  • Assist in monitoring the staff movement, attendance and update the respective HOD. 
  • To assist in preparing of HR, admin documents, statutory and banks. 
  • Assist colleagues when necessary  


  • Candidate must prosses at least a Diploma/SPM 
  • Required skills: Computer literate, telephone call etiquette, independent and multi-tasking. 
  • Language: BM, BI
