- To support overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation (e.g photocopying, data entry, filing, invoicing, purchase order and etc).
- Scheduling job interview and assisting in interview process. Orienting new employees to the organization.
- Handle calls, respond to general enquiries from the public, taking messages, and welcome visitors promptly.
- Assist in monitoring the staff movement, attendance and update the respective HOD.
- To assist in preparing of HR, admin documents, statutory and banks.
- Assist colleagues when necessary
- Candidate must prosses at least a Diploma/SPM
- Required skills: Computer literate, telephone call etiquette, independent and multi-tasking.
