- Handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers & expectations.
- Maintain the relationship of clients from WeChat, Whatsapp and Facebook group.
- Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
- Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity
- Work together with in-house content team for content generation for e-commerce business, including research, copy writing, publishing and ensuring contents is publish and disseminate in a timely manner.
- Monitor and take lead in all social media accounts, website, electronic direct mail (EDM), online and printing materials.
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
- Collate and provide weekly& monthly report on performance statistics to evaluate the progress of e-commerce business
- Work in a team to achieve required KPI
- Responsible, meticulous, motivated and independent.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
- Good in analytics, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Junior position also available.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates of customer service are welcome to apply.
- Required language(s): Mandarin is a must, English & Bahasa is an advantage.
- Demonstrable experience in leading e-commerce thematic campaign direction, copy writing, promotional gimmick
- Must be willing to perform overtime and staggered 8hrs shift including weekend and public holidays
