We are looking for a suitable candidate for Administrator/ Administrator Assistant position to join our team. Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Office software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and others). Verbal and written communication is important this includes handling incoming correspondence from customers, suppliers, or partners in a timely and professional manner. Strong in organization skills such as organizing team schedules, events, and files with a system that makes sense for everyone. Good time management, emphasis on punctuality, being able to plan strategically on prioritizing task, resourcefulness in exploring the best solution for any problem, detail oriented and able to anticipate needs and complete important tasks without needing to be asked.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Taking minutes
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Organising travel and accommodation 
  • Arranging both internal and external 
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
  • Keep track on general and admin expenses & petty cash
  • Responsible on preparing necessary documentation for suppliers and customers
  • Perform ad-hoc task required by management

Requirement:

  • Associate’s Degree in related field
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and meeting datelines
  • Must be able to speak Bahasa Melayu & English
  • Desire to be proactive, creative and independent with positive mind set
