Purchasing duties as required for hotel food & beverage and operating supplies used in all departments of the hotel.
Assist the Purchasing Manager in all aspects of purchasing functions.
Establishes consistent product specifications with the operating departments for all locally purchased products and services.
Supervise purchasing staff within the Purchasing office.
Research new sources; recommend changes to product sourcing as applicable.
Conduct market survey with Cost Controller and Chef, complete analysis and comparison.
Prepare CAPEX requisition data and quotations for hotel, as required.
Purchase HEOS and furniture, fixtures, and equipment as required for various assigned projects on time and on budget.
Experience in Hotel / Hospitality industry or F&B industry.
