Presale support including a full range of company products, network technical solution, dimension, highlights proposal etc.
Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with corporate clients.
Manage product-related activities and coordinate between the company and corporate clients.
Promote solutions to defined customers and deliver formal technical proposals and presentations.
Take charge of product solution design and make sure the solution is competitive technically.
Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.
Deeply understand customers' business and technical requirements.
Handling customer technical related issues.

Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, Engineering.
At least 5 years work experiences on Fixed Network domain or technical domain.
Experienced in networking product like Switches, Wireless Access Point, Router and other networking related product.
Good knowledge in the fields of Fixed Network system such as IP, DSL, Ethernet, GPON, Wireless etc.
Capability to communicate with and influence customers: including technical alignment, communication, clarification, and negotiation with customers.
Experienced in handling and troubleshoot technical issues.
Possess CCNA/CCNP and other networking certificates would be an added advantage.
