- Basic Salary: Up to RM3700 (based on qualification and experience)

- Perform outbound call to customer (list provided) in order to retain customer.
- Follow-up on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction and remain as company's valued customers.
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs.
- Proactively promote company's products and services whenever needed.
- Meeting of department monthly targets.
- Open for SPM, Diploma & Degree in any discipline.
- Prefer candidate with experiences in telesales / retention / call centre (outbound)
- Required Languages: English + Mandarin (due to lack of manpower in Mandarin speaker to support the role)
- Flexible to work under shift.
- Customer-orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about customer service.
- Effective team player with pleasant disposition and personality.
